Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you and the right to delete it. This is separate from opting out of sale — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information if that's what you're after.

Requesting specific pieces of your information requires extra verification — we'll send a one-time confirmation link to the email or phone number already on file before disclosing anything.

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, as required by the CCPA/CPRA. No account required.

What deletion means at GoodLeads

We remove your record from our Services and stop making it available to new customers.
We instruct customers who already received the record to suppress it in their own systems.
We do not remove the underlying public record (e.g. a Secretary-of-State filing) — that lives with the state.
We retain the minimum information (typically your email or phone) solely to keep you suppressed going forward.

Appeals

If we decline your request in whole or in part, we'll explain why. You may appeal by replying to our response, and a different reviewer will reconsider it.
