GoodLeads provides verified business-contact information to its customers for sales, marketing, and business-development use. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, that may be considered a "sale" of personal information — and you have the right to opt out, free of charge, at any time.

What happens when you opt out

When we receive and verify your request, we remove your profile from our Services and stop making your information available to our customers. We retain only the minimum information needed — typically the email or phone number you provide — solely to keep you suppressed going forward.

Important limits:

Opting out does not delete information already delivered to customers before your request — but when we suppress a record, we instruct customers to suppress it in their own systems too.
Opting out does not remove your information from the underlying public records (e.g. Secretary-of-State filings) or from other data providers. Contact them directly for that.
